Returns

If you change your mind about your order, all uninstalled or unused goods in their original pre‐sale condition and undamaged packaging may be returned to Distributor Doctor within 90 days of purchase for a refund. A copy of the original invoice (which is generally attached to the original packaging) must accompany the return.

Return postage and packaging costs must be paid by the customer. Unless the return is due to our error, in which case you will be refunded for the return delivery cost; least expensive method of delivery only. If you choose an alternative method of delivery you will be liable for any extra cost. Proof of postage is advisable which is available from the Post Office.

Parts returned outside of this policy, or in a non-resalable condition with evidence of use beyond the handling, necessary to see whether the goods are as expected resulting in a loss of value, may not be accepted or may be subject to a 15% handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are made via the original payment method.
